Terms and Conditions for Travel Activity with Northbound Tours Ltd & it's partners (Ontario, Canada):

1. All sales are final
2. Hold Harmless Agreement: By participating in this travel activity organized by Northbound Tours Ltd, I agree to hold harmless the organizers, including its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents, from any claims for damages resulting from injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur during the tour.
3. Personal Responsibility: I understand that I am responsible for exercising caution and prudence throughout the tour. Activities involving snow, ice, water, etc., may take place, and I will exercise due care while participating. I agree to be cautious with my belongings and acknowledge that the tour company and its agents are not liable for any lost or stolen items during the tour.
4. Health Costs: I accept full responsibility for any health-related costs resulting from injury, accident, or illness during the tour. The tour company shall not be responsible for any passengers' health or medical expenses incurred during the trip, and I agree to reimburse the tour company for any medical expenses incurred on my behalf while on tour.
5. Immunizations and Vaccinations: I agree to seek advice from a physician or healthcare specialist or consult official information media sources for any required or suggested immunizations and/or vaccinations for the travel destination.
6. Entry into Third-Party Countries: I acknowledge that the tour company is not responsible for passengers' entry into third-party countries. If I am refused entry at any border crossing or if the tour itinerary is altered due to political, social, or natural events, the tour company shall not be held responsible for any resulting costs or expenses.
7. Separation from Tour Group: In the event of being separated from the tour group or failing to meet the scheduled group, I am fully responsible for arranging my return transportation to the hotel or tour point of origin. If I do not arrive on time at pre-arranged meeting points, the tour transportation may proceed without me.
8. Dismissal from the Tour: At the tour company's sole discretion, any passenger deemed abusive, disrespectful, or in contravention of local laws may be dismissed from the tour at their own expense. Dismissal may also occur due to acts of a political or social nature, and the company will not be held liable for any associated costs.
9. Media: By participating in our tours or activities, you grant Northbound Tours and its partners permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

By travelling with Northbound Tours Ltd or it's partners, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions for the travel activity organized.
